INFORMATION FOR TRADE STANDS
Bookings and payment deadline is Friday 13th May 2023
Trades are invited to exhibit products and services in the 2022 Tamworth Shannons Motor Show. The main aim of the show is to highlight classic cars and motorbikes, however the opportunity also exists for the manufacturers to show their new models to the public.
We invite your companies’ participation in this prestigious event. Trade stands, relevant to the industry, are on offer as per the "Trade Stand Booking Form".
Owners of classic cars and motorbikes tend to be in the 40 - 70 age group. Many are retired and happy to bring their pride and joy, plus family and friends, to such an event, stay for a few days and go sight seeing. Their spending power is higher than a younger age group. Most are members of car clubs, and these clubs are also invited to show off their cars and ‘bikes on the lawns outside TRECC. We anticipate 80 cars and 40 motorbikes on show inside TRECC, together with appropriate trade stands, catering and music.
The major television companies will be approached to cover the event, plus local radio stations and newspapers. An advertising budget of $10,000 is in place to give this event the coverage it deserves.
This is a major motor show in the North West that attracts classic cars and motorbikes from all the Eastern States. The historic motoring scene is one that interests a very wide section of the public and through our contacts with car and ‘bike clubs, and our own ability to source interesting vehicles, we are able to assemble an eclectic selection to represent the many years of motorised propulsion.
Set-up is on Friday 19th May from midday to 10 pm. Indoor exhibit vehicles to remain until 3.00 pm Sunday.
